Requesting help

If an item is damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, contact support@necessairely.shop with your order number and details. Keep the item and its packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Returns and remedies

Contact us before sending a product back so the appropriate instructions can be provided. The store contact address is not an automatic return destination. Contact us for the return instructions and eligibility that apply to your enquiry.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that applicable Canadian or provincial consumer law gives you. A statutory right to cancel, obtain a refund or seek a remedy is not made conditional on a discretionary store return programme.
